When you make a purchase, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment information. We do NOT store credit card numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive financial data on our servers.

  • Device and browser information (browser type, operating system)
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited and time spent on the Service
  • Referring URLs

This data is collected through Vercel Analytics and standard server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the severance analysis Service
  • Generate personalized reports, letters, and negotiation documents
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Improve the Service and develop new features
  • Respond to customer support requests

Important:Your employment and severance data is processed in real-time to generate your analysis. For paid tiers that use AI-generated content, your anonymized situation data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate personalized documents. We do not store your personal employment data after your session ends unless you create an account (feature not currently available).

We share information with the following third-party services that help us operate:

Free tier analysis data is processed in your browser session and is not stored on our servers after your session ends. Paid tier purchase records (transaction ID, email, purchase date, tier) are retained for accounting and customer support purposes. Payment information is stored solely by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure payment processing through Stripe (PCI DSS compliant), and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
